Experience
I am a licensed secondary math and science teacher. I love to see students grow and become confident, self-motivated learners. I also recognize that many students need support and encouragement to gain the confidence they need to understand math and science. As classes become larger, it is harder to get that support. My goal is to make your student a life-long learner, ready to take on new challenges, and enjoy learning. I have worked with many students with a variety of learning disabilities, including dyslexia, ADHD, and autism. I have experience with a wide range of ages from middle school through college. I also coach ACT strategies; typical score increases range from 4 to 7 points. Former university faculty in information systems. I have coached students from middle school through college age.
